Duration: 3-6 Month Engagement

Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to help improve the user experience for inspectors by reviewing and optimizing priority business workflows within a federal government environment. This engagement will focus on identifying process inefficiencies reducing user friction simplifying digital workflows and recommending opportunities for automation and modernization.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
• Expertise in user experience (UX) service design or human-centered design
• Experience conducting workflow assessments process mapping or process mining
• Ability to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills
• Reliability Security Clearance (mandatory)
• Federal government experience is an asset
