We are looking for a high-energy resourceful and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing inside sales this role you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying researching and initiating contact with prospective business clients (B2B) mapping out their business challenges and qualifying them for our Sales Executives.

What Youll be Doing:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold outreach through phone calls targeted emails and LinkedIn messages to source new business opportunities.
  • Inbound Qualification: Rapidly follow up with educate and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospects pain points business goals and budget ensuring they match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Meeting Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for booking high-quality introductory meetings for our Sales team.
  • CRM Data Integrity: Maintain accurate up-to-date records of all interactions leads and pipeline activities within Salesforce/HubSpot.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends competitor activities and product updates to effectively handle objections.

Must Haves:

  • Experience: 02 years of sales or customer-facing experience (Finance Technology or call center background). Prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone and engaging business executives.
  • Resilience & Grit: A thick skin and a positive attitude. You view no as just one step closer to a yes.
  • Coachability: A strong desire to learn adapt quickly to feedback and constantly improve your sales skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (Claude Gemini Salesforce HubSpot Outreach ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a huge advantage.

Location: This position is a remote Canada role.
