• Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks scheduling client communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client referral partner and activity records in company systems.
• Assist with planning and coordinating client community and company events.
• Support marketing initiatives including website updates social media promotional materials and advertising activities.
• Help manage vendor bid and compliance documentation as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients vendors insurance partners and internal teams.

• Previous experience in administration marketing sales support client service construction or restoration is considered an asset.
• Strong communication organization time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems Microsoft Office programs and online platforms.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract required.
• Successful criminal security clearance and agreement to a credit check required.
