Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Capability Architect with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will define assess and optimize business capabilities that support strategic objectives and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models.
• Assess organizational capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support digital transformation modernization and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments.
• Align business capabilities with customer citizen and patient service objectives.
• Conduct capability maturity assessments and gap analyses.
• Support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders.
• Support governance compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Develop business capability roadmaps and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Capability Architect within BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments.
• Experience with capability mapping and capability-based planning.
• Understanding of governance compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting customer citizen or patient-focused services.
• Business Architecture certification is an asset.
