About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our Insurance Services team. This role is instrumental in advancing data-driven decision-making improving operational performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a trusted partner across the organization the Business Analyst will help to translate complex data into actionable insights influencing business strategy and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Do

Collect analyze and interpret datasets related to operations client behavior financial performance and market trends.

Identify patterns opportunities and risks to support strategic decision-making.

Develop predictive and scenario-based analyses to inform business planning.

Design build and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using modern visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).

Deliver concise high-impact insights to stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.

Monitor track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional teams (IT Finance Operations) to identify and implement process improvements.

Map current and future state workflows recommending innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Support organizational initiatives related to automation digital transformation and system enhancements.

Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives

Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma focusing on Business Finance Economics Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field

Previous work experience in business analysis data analytics or a related role (insurance or financial services preferred)

Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects and influencing business decisions

Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive measurable results

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Power Query complex formulas data modeling)

Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
