As a Business Analyst in ERP implementation you are the strategic bridge between our clients operational realities and cloud technology. Possessing a strong client-facing mindset you love engaging with people driving conversations and guiding teams through business process improvements and system changes with empathy clarity and simplified communication.

KeyResponsibilities

• BusinessAnalysis&Workshops: Leadandfacilitatediscoveryworkshopstogathercomprehensiveclientrequirementsandmapcurrent business processes.
• ProcessImprovement&Optimization: Analyzeclientoperationalworkflowsidentifysystemicinefficienciesanddesignoptimized processes aligned with industry best practices.
• SoftwareConfiguration:TranslateimprovedandvalidatedworkflowsintofunctionalsystemdesignsandconfigurationswithintheNetSuiteplatform.
• Testing&UserAcceptance(UAT):PrepareandguideclientsthroughUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT)scriptstoensuretheoptimizedoperationallogicflowsperfectly.
• Go-LiveInvolvement:Playanactiveroleduringhigh-stakesdeploymentphases(Go-Live)toensureasmoothoperationaltransition.
• ClientTraining&Enablement:ConductengagingtrainingsessionsforclientSubjectMatterExperts(SMEs)andend-userscreatingcleardocumentationtosolidifythenewworkflows.
• Post-Go-LiveSupport:Provideproactivefunctionalsupportandhypercaretoclientsduringtheoperationalstabilizationphaseimmediatelyfollowingdeployment.

Requirements&Qualifications

• SaaSExperience(CoreRequirement): 2 years of experience in business analysis in software implementations within the SaaS ecosystem (ERP CRM HRIS or related solutions).
• Client-Facing&ProcessMindset(CoreRequirement):Provenclient-facingbackgroundwithanaturalabilitytoanalyzedocumentandimprovebusinessprocesses.
• Bilingualism(CoreRequirement):FlawlessverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinbothFrenchandEnglish(essentialforhandlingourbilingualNorthAmericanclientbase).
• Education:UniversitydegreeinBusinessAdministration(OperationsManagementMIS)InformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Foundationalknowledgeofcorporateaccounting:Generalunderstandingofstandardfinancialworkflows(GeneralLedger/GLAccountsPayable/APAccountsReceivable/AR).
• Direct exposure to NetSuite or other mainstream cloud systems (Odoo Sage Dynamics Salesforce ADP etc.).
• Experiencedraftingprocessworkflowsusingmappingtools(LucidchartVisio).

Logistics

• Permanentfull-timeposition(40hours/week).
