Job Summary
The Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting & Transformation Projects will support the implementation of the Banks Regulatory Reporting Automation Project a key initiative under the Digital Transformation Program. The role will primarily focus on regulatory reporting automation and will also provide analytical and project support for other digital transformation and process review initiatives led by DTO.
This position involves gathering business requirements conducting data analysis supporting system enhancements and assisting departments in implementing automated and standardized regulatory reporting processes aligned with OSFI requirements and Bank standards.
- Undergraduate degree with 4 to 5 years experience as a business analyst process analyst
- Minimum 2 years experience in transformation projects with some exposure to regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available 4 days onsite
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant HR experience. Extensive HR leadership experience ideally in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and regulations. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
