Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements through interviews workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of user stories business requirements documents (BRDs) process flows and other project documentation.
  • Work with product development and quality assurance teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Help create low-fidelity prototypes wireframes and process diagrams to support solution design.
  • Participate in application testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test case preparation and
  • validation of business requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify product improvements industry trends and customer needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and documenting product issues while collaborating with technical teams on potential solutions.
  • Support stakeholder communication by tracking requirements updates and project activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps feature prioritization discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Business Administration Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in product management business analysis enterprise software and technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies Design Thinking or software development concepts is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word) and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies cloud applications or enterprise software is considered an asset but not required.
