Essential Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification or working towards journeyperson certification in carpentry plumbing or electrical trade
• Recent experience performing minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Recent carpentry experience maintaining repairing and renovating single-family and multi-family residential buildings
• Experience managing a high volume of maintenance requests across multiple properties
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Candidates who have education training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.

• Ability to use strong interpersonal skills to provide client service to a diverse and vulnerable client group
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload on a daily basis

• Valid vulnerable sector security clearance

• Must work after hour and weekend on-call shifts on a rotational basis
