About the role:

What youll do:

• Perform general repairs such as fixing doors patching drywall repairing leaks replacing light fixtures and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing electrical systems HVAC and structural components.
• Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture installing shelving and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks.
• Support inventory management by organizing tools supplies and maintenance equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices.

What were looking for:

• Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing electrical carpentry drywall repair painting and general building maintenance.
• Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Comfortable using tools such as drills saws wrenches and other equipment used in repairs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the teams success.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting heavy objects standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $25 per hour
