Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Branch Business Account Manager (BBAM) you will deliver relationshipâbased financial advice to personal and business members through inâperson phone and virtual interactions. Youll support a broad range of complex banking needsincluding personal lending residential mortgages and business banking solutionswhile proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow member engagement across multiple lines of business. This role is well suited to a confident relationshipâdriven professional who thrives in a highâtouch service environment and is passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals.
This is a Fullâtime Permanent role based in Vancouver BC and will report directly to the Branch Management Team

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Meeting with members to understand their complete financial picture and cashflow
  • Providing tailored needsâbased advice that is documented in CRM as part of an ongoing relationship continuum
  • Proactively connecting with members to identify opportunities across personal and business banking
  • Managing complex transactions including lending deposits and residential mortgages
  • Completing retail and business account openings and credit applications
  • Participating in branch campaigns offers and business development initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal partners and specialists to deliver fullâspectrum financial solutions
  • Supporting a welcoming inclusive and relationshipâfocused member experience

What Youll Bring to the Team:

  • Postâsecondary education or diploma in Finance Commerce or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Manager role with solid lending experience
  • Proficiency in residential mortgage lending and credit adjudication support
  • Demonstrated success in sales referrals and relationshipâbased business development
  • Completion of one of the following: IFIC CSC or CIFC
  • Completion of CUIC 210 and Financial Planning I
  • Two additional courses within a CFP Core Curriculum program
  • Completion of CUSOURCE courses including SelfâEmployed Borrowers and Financial Statement Analysis

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $41.36per hour to $46.05per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
