Position Overview
We are looking for an organized dependable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Saskatoon team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor you will provide administrative and clerical support to help keep day-to-day branch operations running smoothly.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment is comfortable managing multiple priorities and has strong computer and communication skills.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the branch
- Assist with employee time entry and related updates
- Perform reception duties and provide a welcoming experience for customers employees and visitors
- Coordinate office and stationery supply ordering
- Support supervisors with technician delivery requirements and administrative needs
- Complete miscellaneous computer and system updates
- Assist with coordinating replacement cell phones and computers
- Help troubleshoot or coordinate support for basic computer and technology-related issues
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Provide additional administrative support as required to meet branch needs
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Experience assisting with basic computer or technology-related issues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel would be considered an asset
