Branch Administrator
Job Summary
Schedule: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a highly organized Branch Administrator to join our Edmonton team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors technicians and branch employees while supporting a variety of administrative documentation and operational activities.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to branch operations
- Manage reception and front desk responsibilities
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
- Assist supervisors with technician support and delivery requirements
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate replacement requests for company cell phones and computers
- Support employee time entry activities
- Assist with maintenance and operational tracking processes
- Process invoices and support billing-related activities
- Maintain job binders files and branch documentation
- Perform miscellaneous system and computer updates as required
- Previous experience in an administrative office or reception role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers and office technology
- Experience resolving basic technology or computer-related issues is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook is considered an asset
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 37.5-hour work week
