Position Details:
Hello BCBAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor Colorado for the school year. This is a full-time school-based opportunity beginning in August 2026.
About the Role
In this role you will provide behavioral support services to students collaborate with school teams and develop individualized behavior plans that promote student success. Youll work alongside educators related service providers and families to create positive supportive learning environments.

What Youll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and behavioral support to students teachers and staff
Collaborate with special education teams general education teachers and families
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings
Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
What Were Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Active CDE certification or be willing to obtain asap
Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting students and school teams
Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team
