Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

Alta Equipment is seeking a full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our Human Resources department with the home office in our Woodbridge Ontario office. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This job posting is for an existing the TA Specialist you will be involved in full cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates through various channels scheduling interviews writing offer letters onboarding new hires plus hosting and participating in hiring events. To be successful in this role you must be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring duties are as follows:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing selection candidate information including resumes and contact details using our applicant tracking system potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).Execute interview and selection procedures including candidate phone interviews assessments and onsite/virtual and/or edit job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions employer branding and attend job fairs and recruitment quarterly and annual hiring needs by relationships with past applicants and prospective hires as well as hiring marketing strategies to enhance Altas brand awareness amongst passive and active job to 10% Altas Guiding Principles into daily other duties as be bilingual in French & EnglishStrong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.3 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role is verbal and written communication -state recruiting with social media resume databases and professional -on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.
