Job Details

This role is in support of Cencoras patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.

This job profile description is a standardized non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs local requirements and operational practices.   • Leads resolution of routine and moderately complex medical information inquiries by applying approved content response standards and documentation requirements.

  • Reviews and maintains scientific response content knowledge resources and documentation records to support consistency traceability and audit readiness.

  • Ensures accurate capture triage documentation and escalation of adverse events product quality complaints and other reportable safety information within required timelines.

  • Facilitates coordination with medical affairs regulatory safety and operational partners to resolve exceptions clarify documentation requirements and maintain continuity of service.

  • Recommends and implements approved updates to templates checklists routing practices and workflow controls to reduce recurring errors and strengthen compliance.

  • Mentors junior colleagues and reinforces adoption of updated procedures documentation expectations and issue resolution practices through day-to-day coaching.

  • Evaluates inquiry trends and service data to identify practical improvement opportunities that strengthen knowledge delivery and workflow consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance industry including up to date knowledge of; pharmacovigilance guidelines of Health Canada US FDA EMEA and ICH;

  • Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required;

  • Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical field(s) medical terminology is an asset;

  • English/French bilingual required for this posting.

Education:

  • Associates degree in pharmacy medicine nursing pharmacology life sciences biomedical sciences public health or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 1-3 years experience in Medical Information Clinical Research or Drug Safety or equivalent and related experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical fields;

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in medical information drug information pharmacovigilance medical affairs support clinical services healthcare operations scientific communications or a related field required.

Certifications:

  • Certification in medical information drug information pharmacovigilance drug safety or equivalent preferred. Certification in clinical research clinical operations scientific communication medical writing quality management quality systems or equivalent preferred.
