Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Tips
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Monday Friday and Weekends)

We are currently seeking two energetic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our hospitality team in Concord Ontario. We have one Permanent position and one Temporary position available. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages delivering exceptional customer service maintaining a clean and organized bar area and ensuring compliance with all liquor regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.

• Process cash debit credit card and POS transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area equipment and workstations.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies.

• Follow health safety sanitation and food handling guidelines.

• Collaborate with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Availability to work flexible rotational shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Smart Serve Certification preferred.

• Bartending or Hospitality Certification is an asset.

• Experience using POS systems.

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation wine service beer service and beverage presentation.

• Previous experience in restaurants bars lounges hotels or banquet facilities.

• Fast-paced hospitality environment.
