Banking Operations Agent
As a key member of the team you will contribute to daily account reconciliations advisor commission processing and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the FIN/OPS and Operations teams while participating in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Trust Accounts
Perform daily bank and trust account reconciliations.
Prepare bank deposits and transfers between trust and corporate accounts.
Monitor and resolve outstanding items.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Commissions
Process advisor commissions payments and adjustments.
Import and reconcile commission files.
Respond to advisor inquiries regarding commissions.
Assist with the preparation of T4A tax slips.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with various internal teams and business partners.
Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.
What you need to succeed:
College Diploma in Accounting or Finance completed or in progress (an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of trust accounts as well as the financial and banking sectors.
Knowledge of AI and a willingness to explore and implement new technologies.
Bilingualism to respond to advisors inquiries and collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners.
