1) AWS Cloud Platform Support Engineer Payment Domain Experience:

Troubleshooting Experience of AWS Serverless services like Lambda API Gateway ECS ECR RDS DynamoDB SNS SQS Kinesis Cognito Service Catalog IAM VPC CloudWatch Event Bridge S3
AWS Infrastructure knowledge VPC EC2 S3 Lambda NACL Security Group and networking etc
Must know AWS CDK. Cloud formation is an add-on.
An understanding of writing/understanding Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation and CDK.
AWS networking Understanding of AWS load Balancer VPC Hosted Zone Direct Connect Virtual Interface VPC Flow Logs

2) Azure Cloud Platform Support Engineer experience:

Troubleshooting Experience Azure Services
Implement exp on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Hashicorp CDKTF and ARM templates
Understanding of Azure landing zones Azure AD Azure Policies RBAC networking and identity integration
Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and ACR
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate container builds and deployments
Strong background in in REST APIs JSON and authorization/authentication (OAuth2 OpenID etc )
Create reusable patterns for event-driver solutions leveraging Azure Event Grid Service Bus and Logic Apps
Integrate Serverless workloads with security services such as Azure Key Vault Managed Identities and Azure AD
