Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist to design develop and manage scalable cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services infrastructure as code backend development and system design along with solid knowledge of databases networking and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design build and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda ECS and event-driven architectures
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK and CDK for Terraform (CDKTF)
Design and optimize data platforms using Amazon Redshift and Amazon RDS
Develop serverless workflows leveraging SQS SNS and EventBridge (Schedulers)
Contribute to system design and application architecture ensuring scalability reliability and performance
Build and maintain APIs and backend services using Python TypeScript Java or JavaScript
Handle database design transaction management and administration
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries
Ensure security best practices including cryptography and encryption mechanisms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure and applications
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployments
