Job Responsibilities

• Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns

• Demonstrate solid understanding of tax codes regulationsrulingsand case law

• Dedicates time to coaching others in tax software business process research skills technicalexpertise planning and project management skills while engaging and motivating team members andprovidingtimelyfeedback

• Responsible for client work being performed on time and withinappropriate scopeof services and budget

• Stays alert to client needs that may result in growth opportunities for the firm and communicates to client service coordinator

• Interactingwith clientpersonnelto gather information

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree preferably inAccountingor related field of study

• 0-3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledgein several of the following areas: financial statement analysis valuations quantitativeanalysis and industry analysis

• Stronganalytical organizational and project managementskills

• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills solidresearch and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suitespecifically MS exceland the ability to work will both autonomously and collaboratively

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel to client or the organization locations may be required based on business and engagement needs.

• Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.

• Pursues relevant professional certifications and continuing education appropriate to the role.
