Associate Principal Consultant Product Owner

• Experience as a Product Owner - EST Time zone
• Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and product enhancement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs challenges and priorities.
• Convert business requirements into clear well-structured user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value effort and dependencies.
• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Groom refine and prioritize backlog items for upcoming sprints.
• Ensure stories are ready for development with complete details and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers admins architects and QA teams.
• Clarify requirements answer questions and remove roadblocks.
• Ensure technical teams have a clear understanding of business expectations.
• Lead sprint planning sprint reviews and backlog refinement sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Validate completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and business needs.
• Communicate progress risks and changes to business stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and keep teams informed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct demos and training for end-users as needed.
• Ensure new features are properly tested documented and rolled out.
• Drive user adoption through communication training and feedback loops.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write clear user stories process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
