About the Role
Werelooking for aproject managerstrategistandstorytellerto join our marketing team as Associate Marketing ManagerContent & Campaigns. In this roleyoullown the brand marketing calendar leadDTCcontentstrategyand execution(including briefwriting and copywriting)leveragingstrong product knowledgeandanalysis to enable performance optimizationandbring creative ideas to life across multiple channels.
You area strong project manager accountable for managing timelines and deliverables and coordinating across teams.Youare content-obsessed and excited to shape how our brand shows up everywhere - frompaid ads and emailto web social and beyond. Managemarketingcalendar that brings our campaigns to life acrosspaid channelsemail web andworking closely with social for organic integration.
- Content Strategy
Own the content strategy in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager ensuring all storytelling reflects our brand voice and marketingobjectives along withincorporating product knowledge performance data and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaborationand Project Management
Work closely with creativeecommand socialteamsto align on goals and deliverables.Be accountable for deliverables and timelinemanagement(long lead planning and executionalprojects).Work closely with the AMM Social & Community to ensure consistency of brand messaging across paid and earned media.
- Campaign Planning
Develop and execute integrated content campaigns that connect with our audience across paid owned and earned channels incorporate product insights DTC goals and priorities markettrendsand past performance.
- CreativeIdeation
Lead brainstorms and creative concepting sessions bringing fresh high-impact ideas to the table that differentiate our brand in the market.
- Briefs and Copywriting
Create strategic creative briefs and provide copywriting for campaigns paid ads emails packagingblogsvideo scriptsandecommPDPs-ensuring a consistent voice and compellingandaccuratemessaging.Work with project management tools including Asana tracking WIP planning and others.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
Partner with growth marketing to review content performance and continuouslyoptimizefor KPIs including engagement reach and conversion.Immerse yourself in market trends andcompetitive landscape.
- Storyboard &Photos ShootsProvide input into storyboarding for videocontent. Collaborate with the Senior Art Directortosupport creative outlinesas neededfor photo and video shoots.
What You Bring
- 3- 5years of experience in content marketing brand marketing or campaign management
- Highly organized and collaborative withstrong project management experience
- Proven ability to manage content calendarsrun integrated campaignsand measure performance
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills with a knack for compelling storytelling
- Pet industry experience is a bonus
