WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an Associate Dentist on behalf of a growing and modern dental practice in Nanaimo BC.

The office is equipped with modern technology including same-day crown capabilities and on-site technical support allowing clinicians to provide efficient high-quality care to their patients.

Schedule
Full-time
Monday to Friday
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate
Compensation
40% of collections
Strong earning potential due to the growing patient base
Please note that the salary range noted in this posting is intended as an estimate only and is provided for pay transparency purposes. Compensation for this position is based on 40% of collections and actual earnings will vary depending on individual production and patient volume.
What Were Looking For
Licensed and eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia is required
Previous experience is preferred as this is currently a single-dentist practice
New graduates are welcome to apply as mentorship is available
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
