You will work alongside senior development and construction leaders supporting the planning coordination execution and delivery of large-scale projects from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of major development and construction projects.
- Support project schedules budgets reporting and risk management initiatives.
- Coordinate consultants contractors architects engineers and project stakeholders.
- Track project milestones approvals and deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Assist with procurement tendering contract administration and change management.
- Monitor project progress and support the successful delivery of key project objectives.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate organized and maintained.
What Were Looking For
- Experience as a Project Coordinator Assistant Project Manager or similar role within development construction or project management.
- Exposure to large-scale residential commercial mixed-use hospitality or master-planned developments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Degree diploma or related education in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Planning or a related field is considered an asset.
