You will work alongside senior development and construction leaders supporting the planning coordination execution and delivery of large-scale projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Assist in the planning coordination and execution of major development and construction projects.
• Support project schedules budgets reporting and risk management initiatives.
• Coordinate consultants contractors architects engineers and project stakeholders.
• Track project milestones approvals and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Assist with procurement tendering contract administration and change management.
• Monitor project progress and support the successful delivery of key project objectives.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate organized and maintained.

• Experience as a Project Coordinator Assistant Project Manager or similar role within development construction or project management.
• Exposure to large-scale residential commercial mixed-use hospitality or master-planned developments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Degree diploma or related education in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Planning or a related field is considered an asset.
