What Youll Do
- Lead with passioncoach inspire and develop a high-performing team

- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations and memorable guest journeys
- Champion a safe inclusive workplace in alignment with BC regulations
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of college education (bachelors preferred)
- 12 years of leadership experience in hospitality wine or retail
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for developing people
- Knowledge of wine (or eagerness to learn)
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
What You Need to Succeed
- Must be 19 (BC legal serving age)
- Valid Serving It Right certification (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to workdays evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of required background checks
