TheArchitectural Designer (Revit)will support theStops & TPSSscope by producing and coordinating architectural documentation for transit facilities. The role focuses on preparing consistent drawing packages across multiple locations while adapting corridor-wide standards to site-specific conditions.
- Produce the fullarchitectural documentation set.
- Preparefloor plans sections elevations flooring and finish layouts finish schedules architectural details inclusive route plans egress plans and wayfinding/signage layouts and schedulesacross stops.
- Developtypical architectural floor plans exterior elevations and sections site plans and screening drawingsacross sites.
- Support the development of thebuilding typical 3D model.
- Work fromcorridor-wide typicalsand adapt them for each location while maintaining consistency across the drawing set between stops.
- Maintain thearchitectural Revit model.
- Supportclash detection and federation.
- Incorporate review comments from theArchitecture Leadand reissue deliverables at each milestone.
- Degree or diplomain Architecture Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum5 years of experienceproducing architectural documentation fortransit institutional or public buildings.
- Advanced proficiency inRevit including families sheets schedules view templates and drawing set management.
- Working knowledge ofAODAandCSA B651as they apply to platform circulation tactile indicators and accessible routes.
- Ability to work fromtypical detailsand adapt them across multiple near-identical locations.
- Architectural Technologist diplomaOAA intern status or equivalent is considered an asset.
