Hold regular office hours to support student learning and address questions

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Required:
- Ph.D. in Systems Engineering Mathematics Statistics or a closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in probability theory stochastic processes and their applications in engineering
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the graduate level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using mathematical software packages (e.g. MATLAB R or Python) for probability simulations and analysis
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment
Preferred:
- Industry experience applying probability theory in engineering contexts
- Publication record in relevant peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with online or hybrid course delivery
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary approaches in engineering education
