Combiner théorie et exercices pratiques pour traduire du français vers langlais des textes populaires issus de domaines variés (journalisme vulgarisation scientifique publicité) avec et sans outils informatiques. Découvrir les compétences de recherche et de transfert nécessaires pour progresser vers des textes plus complexes et spécialisés.

Compétences:

• Maîtrise de langlais (passif) et du français (actif) à un niveau professionnel.
• Maîtrise en traduction ou en traductologie reconnaissance par une association ou ordre professionnel de traductrices et de traducteurs reconnue par lÉcolepour la combinaison de transfert de anglais vers le français ou de lexpérienceprofessionnelle et universitaire équivalente.
• Grande expérience professionnelle en traduction de langlais vers le français de préférence au Canada.
• De lexpérience en enseignement au niveau universitaire est un atout.

Tâches:

• Donner des cours et gérer des activités en classe et des évaluations principalement en français de temps en temps en anglais.
• Créer et entretenir un site pour le cours dans le système de gestion de lapprentissage de luniversité.
• Choisir des textes source qui conviennent au niveau des étudiantes et des étudiants et aux objectifs dapprentissage du cours.
• Présenter des éléments de méthodologies de processus et de techniques efficaces en traduction
