Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Digital Transformation and Innovation Public Administration Information and Communication Information Systems or a closely related interdisciplinary field with demonstrated expertise in the institutional governance and policy dimensions of digital transformation.

Candidates should have teaching and/or research experience relevant to digital government public-sector transformation and innovation information governance transparency and accountability technology governance or related areas.

Particular consideration will be given to candidates whose research or professional experience examines how digital technologies and platforms interact with institutional arrangements administrative processes stakeholder participation and public-sector accountability including experience with Canadian government or comparative public-sector contexts. University-level teaching experience in governance accountability information systems digital transformation or related subjects together with demonstrated capacity for case-based and interdisciplinary teaching is highly desirable.

Relevant professional experience in public-sector governance administration audit accountability or institutional oversight will be considered an asset.
