LAnthropocène est une époque géologique proposée caractérisée par des impacts humains sans précédent sur les environnements naturels de la Terre. Les défis sociétaux qui en résultent les changements climatiques la perte de biodiversité les pandémies - devraient sintensifier à mesure que la population humaine et le niveau de vie continuent de croître. Ce cours sappuie sur la pensée environnementale et géographique pour passer en revue les questions multidimensionnelles auxquelles nous sommes tous confrontés lorsque nous vivons dans lAnthropocène.

Requirements:

Doctorat en géographie en études environnementales ou dans une discipline connexe avec un travail avéré sur lAnthropocène. Expérience des problèmes du monde réel et des défis politiques. Expérience de lapplication des connaissances. Capacité avérée à expliquer les connaissances géographiques actuelles à des étudiants avancés issus de différentes disciplines. Un niveau acceptable déducation/dexpérience pourrait être considéré comme équivalent à lexigence déducation et/ou à lexpérience démontrée
