Course Description:

Ce cours interdisciplinaire est à lintention détudiants ayant un intérêt pour les processus de création linnovation et lentrepreneuriat. Ce cours interactif permettra aux étudiants de développer des techniques et des compétences pour améliorer la flexibilité et loriginalité de leur pensée. Ils exploreront les approches mises en oeuvre par des individus et des organisations afin de créer et soutenir linnovation. Les thèmes à létude comptent : créativité au quotidien et enrayer les blocages mentaux techniques de pensée créative conditions qui favorisent la créativité et linnovation le design thinking le design pour linteractivité. Lapprentissage collaboratif est privilégié dans ce cours qui explorera également les contextes sociaux de la créativité et linnovation. Les étudiants seront appelés à explorer et mettre au défi leurs propres processus créatifs tout en acquérant des connaissances théoriques au sujet de la créativité.

Requirements:

Expérience denseignement dans le domaine de la créativité et de linnovation ou dans un domaine étroitement lié. Études de doctorat dans un domaine lié à la théorie de la créativité à la psychologie ou à un domaine étroitement lié avec preuve dune expertise dans les méthodologies critiques et réflexives (publications projets). Preuve dun apprentissage basé sur les problèmes et dun engagement envers la méthode créative comme le démontre le CV. Minimum dun doctorat en psychologie ou dans une discipline artistique ou un domaine connexe. Une expérience de lenseignement universitaire dans le domaine de la créativité est un atout. Recherches et publications universitaires pertinentes.
