Job Title: Appian BPM Technical Lead
Location: Toronto - Hybrid (3 days at office)
Role Description:
- Define Appian architecture standards design patterns and best practices.
- Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications and workflows.
- Guide development teams on Appian implementation performance tuning and optimization.
- Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g. OnBase APIs databases).
- Ensure application security data integrity and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Establish development governance CI/CD practices and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects business stakeholders and product teams.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead troubleshooting performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption.
