Role description:

Youll work alongside experienced professionals on a wide range of exciting projects across Alberta gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills within a supportive growth-minded environment.

Role accountabilities:

As a key member of our team you will:

• Collaborate closely with clients consultants regulatory authorities and multidisciplinary project teams to obtain interpret and communicate critical project information.
• Guide and managesurvey projects through municipal approvals and Alberta Land Titles processes maintaining schedule compliance and client expectations
• LeadQA/QC standards for survey plans legal descriptions calculations and deliverables ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance
• Overseethe collection and validation of field notes survey evidence and background information to support precise accurate and impactful project deliverables
• Leadthe planning execution and review of topographic right-of-way subdivision and construction layout surveys ensuring professional standards are upheld.

Qualifications & Experience:

Were looking for enthusiastic candidates who bring:

• A diploma or degree from a recognized Geomatics or Surveying program
• 5-10 years of experience in the geomatics or land surveying industry
• Registered Licensed Alberta Land Surveyor
• A keen interest and experience in land development and construction surveys
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D or Trimble equipment is an asset;
• Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a positive proactive approach to teamwork
• A drive to learn grow and build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment
