As anAI Analyst you could find yourself partnering with teams across our North American Headquarters. We are hiring multiple AI Team members who will work with departments such as:

Heres how anAI Analystcontributes to our team:
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to workflows and processes.
- Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value impact feasibility and risk.
- Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design configuration and rollout with cross-functional teams.
- Contributing to business cases cost-benefit analyses and implementation plans.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training guidance and ongoing support.
- Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.
- Degree or diploma in information management information technology business administration computing science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
- Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize workflows and outcomes.
- Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information identify patterns and develop effective solutions.
