Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery support product teams and help organizations achieve Agile excellence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery for customer citizen and patient-focused initiatives.
• Support Scrum Kanban and hybrid Agile delivery models.
• Coach teams on Agile values principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business priorities.
• Support digital transformation modernization and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile teams delivering enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Track delivery metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Remove impediments and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure Agile practices align with governance and compliance requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master within BFSI Public Sector or Healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with business technology and operational stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance compliance and risk management requirements.
• Strong communication facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Agile certification preferred.
