About the Role

The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing between 50-70 lbs using speed accuracy and attention to detail while ensuring safety security and productivity requirements are met. This is a fastpaced quotadriven production environment with performance incentive opportunities.

In this handson role you will support service centre operations through pallet inspection sorting repair and general warehouse duties while contributing to CHEPs Zero Harm safety culture.

Compensation:

• $28.26-$29.61/hrstarting wage (pay increase after probation)

• Additional pay premium based on shift

• Performance-based production incentives paid monthly

• Shifts available: Afternoon (3:00-11:00PM)(subject to change based on business needs)

What we need from you

• High School Diploma (required)

• 1-3 years of general labour construction carpentry landscaping or similar experience (required)

• 1-3 years of power tools experience (required)

• Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred)

• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 70lbs

• Ability to work in a team setting

Rémunération et primes

• 2826-2961$/hsalaire de départ (augmentation de salaire après probation)

Vous devez avoir !

• Diplôme détudes secondaires (requis)

• 1 à 3 ans dexpérience en construction menuiserie aménagement paysager ou dans un domaine similaire (requis)

• 1 à 3 ans dexpérience avec des outils électriques

• Capacité à effectuer un travail physique incluant le levage de charges jusquà 70 lb

• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
