Job Summary

Position Title: Associate Account ManagementEssential Functions:Liaise between Advisors clients and custodians to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new account requirements for each type of account offered(for example RRSP RESP TFSA LIF RIF Corporate Trust etc.) and conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on new account documents for accuracy based on outlined procedures and regulatory relationships with Advisors Portfolio Managers and various Partners to provide exceptional service. Proactively facilitateAdvisorrequests to streamline operations and minimize service current or newly required documentationis updated as needed. Adhering to procedures set by Operations and Compliance is a key Advisorswith platform-related queries. Escalations to various internal teams (for example Engineering) may be required if issues arise or workflow functionality may be out of up other CoE (Centres of Excellence) in the department as cross-working relationships to coordinate service and operational activitieswith other CoEs as required.
