You will
- Coordinate the collection codingapprovaland payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment
- Sort match and scan invoices with supporting backup
- Performaccuratedata entry of payables into AP processing system
- Facilitate Cheque Signing and distribution/mailings
- Maintain vendor files in the accounting database
- Respond to vendor inquiriesin a timely manner
- Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up when needed
- Complete Vendor Credit Applications
- Prepare and file monthly GST packages
- Collect payroll time sheets andenter intoPayroll software
- Complete bank runs for cheque deposits as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as
You have
- 1-2 years of AP/AR experience preferably in the real estate sector
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- An excellent attitude and a sense ofhumour!
- Strong competency in OutlookExceland Word
- Exceptional organizational skillsaccuracyand multi-tasking abilities
- Proven ability to work in team
- Experience using Yardi (an asset)

Salary Range:$55000 to $60000 per year estimated based on experience.
