THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our award-winning firm in the Vancouver YOULL DOAs the Administrative Coordinator you will play an integral role in supporting the Corner Group a collaborative team of 14 professionals. This role will provide operational administrative marketing and data management support to help keep the team organized efficient and focused on delivering exceptional client will support day-to-day coordination across the team including scheduling meetings coordinating client and team events supporting communications and marketing initiatives maintaining accurate CRM data and assisting with reporting and general office daily operations for the Corner GroupCoordinate and schedule meetings for Advisors and the broader teamAssist with client communications newsletters and marketing campaignsHelp plan client appreciation and internal team eventsManage office administration including supplies couriers and mailoutsMaintain CRM data reporting and team recordsProvide general administrative support across the teamCOMPETENCIESCoordination Prioritize organize and manage information people assets resources messages tasks and/or activities to achieve a goal within timelinesCustomer Service Determine needs capture relevant information apply internal policy or regulation and escalate and prioritize the requests of customers to answer inquiries fulfill transactions or resolve issuesDocument and Information Management Organize store maintain and retrieve documents information and/or digital files to keep information accessible orderly secure and up-to-dateEvent and Meeting Management Plan and execute events or meetings to ensure they run smoothly meet objectives remain within budget and create a positive or memorable experienceProfessionalism Consistently demonstrate tact diplomacy courtesy and a positive demeanor in interactions with others fostering trust and respect in a professional environmentSystems and Application Proficiency Use maintain manage or improve specific systems or applications in our role to work effectively and efficientlyAnalysis Assess quantitative and qualitative data information or situations to understand the most important details identify patterns or meaning and translate it into useful recommendations decisions or actionsKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple team members or leaders in a professional services environmentProficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an assetIntermediate proficiency of Microsoft 365 including Word Excel and Outlook; experience with Copilot is an assetStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong reporting skills and attention to data accuracyReliable self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyAdaptable and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating meetings events or office operationsExperience in financial services is an assetExperience supporting social media activities is an assetWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm. The expected compensation range for this role is $50000 $58000 per year plus eligibility for a performance-based team is growing and we are looking for a new team member to support this work.
