What Youll Be Doing:

• Posting credit card transactions

• Receiving and processing payments

• Entering accounts payable invoices

• Assisting with monthly accounts payable runs

• Creating sales invoices

• Scanning filing and organizing documents

• Supporting theaccounting and head officeteam with day-to-day administrative tasks

• A high comfort level using computers and learning new systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• Someone who learns quickly and takes initiative

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Reliability and consistency:your team can count on you

• Previous office administration or accounting experience is an asset but not required
