How Youll Make an Impact

• Support financial regulatory and management reporting processes
• Complete reconciliations and prepare journal entries with accuracy and consistency
• Process and report on financial data on a daily basis
• Conduct monthly variance analysis across income and expense accounts
• Assist in documenting processes and strengthening internal controls
• Contribute to ad hoc projects focused on data integrity reporting enhancements and regulatory updates
• Research accounting and regulatory changes and communicate insights to leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years experience in a related accounting or reporting role
• Progress toward a professional accounting designation (CPA) is considered an asset
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in an accounting or financial reporting environment
• Knowledge of corporate tax is considered an asset
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tools with ease
• Experience with Workday Finance is considered an asset
