As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you have a passion for pursuing excellence in everything you do and value fostering relationships with all stakeholders in an organization. You will work effectively in a team and exhibit strong communication this role you will:Oversee and support two Accounts Receivable Clerks providing guidance workload direction and performance feedback to ensure accurate and timely the accounts receivable subledger and follow up with overdue and document standardized collection reports detailing status of customers account reconciliations and process necessary account status of overdue accounts to upper management and escalate as daily and review customer as main contact for customer inquiries regarding invoice be successful in this role you will have:Certified Credit Professional (5) years of Accounts Receivable with Microsoft Excel and working directly in accounting points if you have:Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Dynamics 365 analytical industry fit right in if you:Focus on getting things right down to the last effectively in English both verbally and in about providing exceptional customer with integrity and honesty and can maintain confidentiality with sensitive good analytical thinking and organizational great judgment and decision-making a humble team player and are ready to pitch in wherever youre organized with strong multi-tasking and time management think youll like working for us because: We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program extended health care benefits dental and vision benefits and paid time value your contribution to our success and provide a competitive salary and an RRSP matching program.
