Accounting Office Support

Caron is currently recruiting for an Accounting Office Support role on a temporary term (until the end of October 2026) for our Head Office in Sherwood Park. This position focuses on supporting the billing team to ensuring accurate and timely financial processing and providing general administrative support across the office.

The role:

• Billing & Financial Support
  • Invoicing: Prepare verify and accurately distribute customer invoices within established timelines
  • Data Entry: Input financial transactions payments and billing details into accounting software with high attention to detail
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing errors client inquiries and payment discrepancies in a professional manner
  • Driver/Broker Payroll: Process driver and broker pay including verifying WCB clearances and compliance documentation as required
• General Office & Administrative Support
  • Document Management: Scan file and organize physical and digital financial records to maintain a clean compliant audit trail
  • Reception Coverage: Greet visitors answer phones and direct inquiries during designated times or coverage gaps
  • Team Assistance: Support staff and managers with seasonal projects data cleanup or other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Accounting Diploma or Certificate preferred
• 2 years related experience
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
