Account Manager/Cabinet Designer

Salary: $55000 - $70000

What Youll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and key accounts
• Review plans elevations and project specifications to develop accurate quotes
• Create detailed drawings for projects entering production
• Conduct site visits and take measurements for new projects
• Manage project revisions change orders and customer requests
• Coordinate with design production logistics suppliers and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly
• Understand builder standards pricing agreements and project timelines
• Identify opportunities for upgrades custom options and additional product offerings
• Resolve project issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Help reduce rework by ensuring accuracy throughout the quoting design and production process

What Were Looking For

• Experience in Account Management Inside Sales Customer Service Project Coordination or a related role
• Ability to read blueprints elevations and architectural drawings
• Experience using CAD software for design drawings
• Mozaik sofftware experience is considered a strong asset
• Strong math measurement and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable performing on-site measurements using a tape measure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
