Were looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within our clients core
business segment working directly with high school and college programmes across the
United States. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to move fast develop deep expertise in a

Position Overview
As Account Executive you will own a defined territory and revenue target with direct
accountability for results. Youll manage the complete sales cycle from inbound and outbound
prospecting through to demo negotiation and close. Working closely with leadership youll
develop and execute targeted account plans refine messaging and pricing as the company
scales and track all sales activity in the CRM system. Your role is fundamental to driving
growth and customer acquisition within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential customers within your assigned territory through
outbound outreach and inbound lead management Understand customer needs and pitch how our clients solution delivers competitive
advantage and supports championship success
Own the full sales cycle including discovery demonstration negotiation and contract
closure
Develop and execute targeted account plans for key prospects and customers within
your territory
Track all sales activity pipeline progress and reporting metrics in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging pricing strategy and sales
process as the business scales
Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets with direct accountability for results
Requirements
2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience ideally in a hunter-focused sales role
Proven ability to manage and close your own deals from prospecting through to
contract signature
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and persistence in building new business
relationships
Competitive driven and self-motivated with a results-focused mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
Strong organisational skills and proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
