The role
Were hiring a high-energyAccount Executivewho lives to close deals. Youll own a territory run the full sales cycle and sell the AVA product suite to automotive dealerships across Canada. This is ahigh-activity high-accountabilityrole built for someone who thrives on momentum.
Youll work with warm and cold pipeline run product demos navigate multi-stakeholder deals and push opportunities from discovery to close fast.
What youll own
Full-cycle selling from outbound prospecting through to signed contracts
Running high-impact product demos of AVA Credit Trade Verified and Portal
Managing a clean up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot no guessing no noise
Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly ACV targets
Collaborating closely with BDRs CS and leadership to win and retain accounts
Using ZoomInfo sequences and outreach tools to build and work your book
Requirements
What were looking for
5 yearsof B2B sales experience SaaS automotive or dealer-tech preferred
Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environment
Experience selling into the Canadian automotive market is a strong asset
Fluency with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) and pipeline hygiene
High energy coachable organized and relentlessly positive you lift the room
You know how to qualify fast run discovery like a diagnostician and close with confidence
Youre a learner new frameworks new tools new markets dont scare you

Base salary: CA$65000 CA$80000 depending on tier and experience
Variable at 100%: CA$36000 CA$54000
OTE: CA$101000 CA$134000
Quarterly bonus kicker for over-attainment (125%)
Accelerator rates up to 14% commission at 150% quota attainment
