  • (Internal Title: Project Management V)
    • Provide executive leadership for the planning development and delivery of major civil infrastructure works under an alliance/progressive contracting model ensuring achievement of scope cost schedule safety and performance objectives.
    • Lead the successful transition from development phase to implementation phase driving collaborative decision-making target cost development risk allocation and commercial alignment among alliance partners.
    • Establish and maintain a high-performing integrated alliance culture that promotes trust transparency innovation no-blame problem solving and shared ownership of project outcomes
    • Oversee the delivery of complex rail and transit infrastructure works including structures civils utilities grade separations and operational railway interfaces
    • Manage multiple interdependent workstreams and interfaces across contractors designers operators maintainers regulators utilities municipalities and third-party stakeholders
    • Provide strategic leadership on rail corridor constraints possession planning constructability operational integration commissioning and hand back requirements within a live railway environment
    • Oversee the identification management and mitigation of commercial technical schedule safety environmental and stakeholder risks across the portfolio.
    • Lead executive governance forums and alliance leadership teams ensuring timely resolution of issues achievement of key milestones and delivery against alliance performance objectives
    • Drive a culture of safety environmental stewardship and operational excellence
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners alliance partners executive stakeholders and government representatives while providing strategic advice on program delivery business outcomes and long-term network objectives
    • Champion a robust performance management framework through weekly and monthly program reviews leveraging visual management tools to drive informed decision-making strengthen accountability and maintain focus on key delivery objectives across the Alliance
    • Establish and maintain a trusted high-performing relationship with the Constructor Alliance Director counterpart providing joint leadership of the program and promoting a one-team culture focused on transparency innovation and successful delivery outcomes

Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 20 years delivering major infrastructure programs with significant experience in rail transit transportation or heavy civil projects
    • Demonstrated leadership of Alliance Progressive Design-Build Collaborative Contracting or Target Cost contracts.
    • Proven track record delivering complex multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with significant stakeholder and operational interfaces.
    • Strong understanding of railway operations possessions access planning systems integration commissioning and live operating environments
    • Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Licenses OR Certifications:
    • Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Expert grasp of prevailing Project Management methods
    • In-depth understanding of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
    • Proficient in Project Management software
    • Must maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies methods and best practices
    • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
    • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilitieswith a track record for meeting deadlines
    • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)in a demanding multidisciplinary project environment
    • Expert ability to detect capitalize and be sensitive to others strengths
    • Demonstrated capability to supervise delegate and develop capacity
    • Proven capacity to anticipate identify and minimize risks
    • Effectively lead multi-resource Project Management teams
    • Ability to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit in some cases actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
