As a Technology Intern you will join one of our diverse technical teams where you will contribute to meaningful forward-looking initiatives. While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join you can generally expect to:

• Assist in designing developing testing and debugging software applications internal tools or new AI-powered customer platforms.
• Discover how to explore large complex datasets to help build predictive models optimize AI/ML algorithms or generate actionable business intelligence.
• Get hands-on experience with cloud and network technologies by supporting teams that plan deploy and automate Bells modern infrastructure.
• Learn security-first principles by helping our teams monitor systems configure hardware/software and support cybersecurity protocols.
• Work within Agile environments to brainstorm technical solutions participate in code reviews and streamline development workflows using modern tools.

• Bachelors degree masters degree or college diploma in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science Software Engineering AI Data Science Information Technology or a related discipline) completed before the program start date.
• You are aligned with working in-person at a Toronto based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships build your network and interact with our Leadership Team.

• A deep passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new tools frameworks and AI trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities when troubleshooting technical issues.
• An adaptable proactive approach to new challenges and a goal-oriented mindset.
• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to teamwork knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Foundational exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Python Java C JavaScript) or tech concepts (data querying cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity) is considered an asset.
