JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant you will play a key role in driving client acquisition and elevating brand awareness. You’ll support strategies that attract engage and convert prospects into loyal customers while ensuring our brand message is clear consistent and compelling across all channels.

• Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Assist in executing targeted campaign to capture and nurture leads.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and support the sales team with prospect research and outreach preparation.
• Help manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM tracking leads from initial contact through conversion.
• Contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials presentations case studies proposals—that support closing new business.
2. Brand Awareness & Market Presence
• Go to the field to creat awareness about brand and build market presence
• Assist in planning and coordinating events webinars and partnerships that increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct light competitive and market research to inform brand positioning and messaging strategies.
3. Campaign Coordination & Performance Support
• Help launch and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on both acquisition and awareness.
• Maintain marketing collateral and sales tools ensuring they are updated on-brand and accessible to the team.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meeting coordination and budget tracking.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing Communications or a related field
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales or marketing support role.
• Candidate must be bilingual both verbally and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with graphic design or content creation skills is a plus.
